*Recruited and managed a small team of three training and delivery officers tasked with assisting the 250+ staff through a retraining and re-skilling process.
*Developed and implemented the HSBC Investments Academy in 2008 to ensure all staff were skilled to deliver excellent customer service as part of the Investments Centre of Excellence. The academy encompassed a range of bite sized modules which covered; technical, systems, regulatory, client interaction skills, industry and site specific knowledge including business systems flows. Developed the induction programme into a structured 12 week accredited programme. A part time self employed consultant for Weight Watchers for ten years, running two weekly meetings of one hour duration; consisting of Â’½ hour weigh in, Â’½ hour motivational talk. In addition, part of a team of six meeting guide developers, writing, designing and developing weekly meeting materials for 17000 consultants across the UK.
ïï¿½’¬ As part of a feedback team, looked at the Weight Watchers magazine and marketing materials and packaging for meeting products.
ïï¿½’¬ Extensive work on programme innovation during 2006, in particular, the changing needs of Weight \\Watchers members. Meeting materials and guides were evolved to match the company vision for success.
