I have a vast knowledge of Microsoft Office and very capable of all types of Word Processing and data entry. I have a good knowledge of Excel and how to get the best from your spreadsheets so that data is easily accessible and simple to navigate.
I have a part time role interpreting excel data and performance reports. I use this data to analyse performance issues and I also create macros using VBA to easily present this data to all levels of colleagues, fromtemporary office staff to Managing Directors.
I am very competent using the internet and am able to find, interpret and use relevant data easily and efficiently.

I am currently working part-time for an Education Recruitment Company. I deal with daily reporting which involves extensice use of MS Excel as well as the financial side of ensuring our staff get paid on time and correctly. My work involves a lot of database management and data entry as well as daily office tasks using, for example, MS Word. I regualrly manipulate large amounts of data into easily understood tables and charts for the Board of Directors. My job involves close communication with all levels of management.
Education Summary: Certificate in Secretarial and Administartive Procedures OCR Level 3. This included: Word Processing, Shorthand, Business Administration, Speed Typing, Audio Wod Processing. I also regularly undertake training within my current job to improve and extend my knowledge.
