I use these abilities to understand customer’s concepts and couple them with IT and Design skills to deliver a creative outcome. I have the ambition to contribute my talent and skills in the print/film media and advertising areas.
My final University project recently won the BBC 2010 Connect and Create award for Innovation. I created a WW2 interactive experience capturing WW2 through the eyes of an individual that would be suitable as either a museum installation or as an educational tool. I developed a concept, researched original artifacts and footage, and implemented these in my own visual showpiece.

Work Experience Summary: March 2011 - Present, TV Pilot Episode Website.
I am currently working on a flash website for a possible BBC TV episode which I have been commissioned to produce. Working on this has been a great opportunity to use my creativity in producing interactive content involving some narrative. Early on I met with the client to view the episode and discuss ideas, I then created
some rough ideas before agreeing on a concept. I have valued the experience of liaising with the producer, cameraman and other designers throughout the process.
September 2010 – October 2010, Design Assistant, Liverpool Hope Street Hotel.
I worked on a voluntary basis at Hope Street Hotel. My role required me to edit and improve the hotel’s existing advertising material such as their website and brochures. I was expected to think creatively and design content that reflected the hotel's vision. The position gave me the valuable experience of working towards a client’s needs and expectations.
May - August 2006, Video Editor, ComWorks Ltd, Warrington.
I edited corporate international conference videos for Microsoft and enjoyed working in a busy team environment. I was required to upload footage from the cameras and edit in the video editing software AVID. My work involved a high degree of responsibility and required constant work towards deadlines. The job required me to think creatively about how to edit in a way that would grasp the audience’s attention.
