My first job was part time selling ladies underwear and fashion clothing on a market stall. Most of my teenage life I worked in the retail industry.
Then I worked for Lloydsmore...My first job was part time selling ladies underwear and fashion clothing on a market stall. Most of my teenage life I worked in the retail industry.
Then I worked for Lloyds Chemist as a sales staff, then at an independent salon washing hair and booking appointments, then as a sales staff for MGM cinemas in Piccadilly Circus at the Trocadero centre, then for planet Hollywood as a sales staff bringing customers in to the store and selling merchandise to them.
I then worked for Boots Chemist as a sales staff and trained to be a Health care assistant, whilst at the same time working for the Mongolian Barbecue restaurant as a waitress.
By the age of 17 I had started setting up my own clientele selling cosmetic product for Mary Kay, I had been doing it for 3 months part time and had already got 4 regular customers.
I then worked for Park Publishing selling advertising space in a charity magazine which also hosted events such as auction dinner parties. I then worked for Kookai who were a retail company selling women\'s clothing, I worked for them on and off for nearly 4 years.
I went on to work of for the Hyatt Hotel in Knightsbridge as silver service staff and for Morten Folks another catering company in Farnham, Surrey supervising functions and other staff.
I have sold tickets for events at the student\'s union whilst at university and was also their union\'s Events Manager for a year. I have canvassed for PUSH which is a PR company raising money for various charities and then went on to become a supervisor in charge of 5 other canvassers and also meeting set targets.
I then started working as a temp for various recruitment agencies and the rest of my employment history is on my CV. The only other thing that I would like to mention is that I ran my own business about 3 years ago selling silver jewellery at Portobello Market and also Brick Lane Market both in London.
I have had various administrative roles in different industries, at PR companies, Pharmaceutical companies, Hospitals etc..working as Front of house Receptionist, Data Entry, Telephone Researcher and general office jobs.
My last role was a Clinical Research Associate, monitoring clinical trials at hospitals. I have also held positions as SOP Manager, Archivist, Drug Safety Assistant and worked as an auditor assistant.
I have had experience in varied roles, many fields and of course all my skills are transferable.
