As an owner of two businesses, I understand the needs of a business and how to think as a business owner. Inefficiency will be sure to stop a business from growing, you need to think ahead for the future of your company and the need to outsource – I outsource tasks in my business – accounting is one of them!
What I love about my job is being able to help business owners complete their business tasks so they have more time to focus on growing their business. Or perhaps so they have more time to enjoy the things they like to do!
Prior to working with small businesses virtually, I was an Administrative Assistant at Pratt and Whitney. I assisted over 120 employees and a handful of managers with Administrative needs and more.
While I loved my job at Pratt & Whitney, I decided to leave my position to stay-at-home with my daughter who was born in 2009. When my daughter was 2 years old I started working from home assisting real estate agents and other small businesses. Helping business owners with their businesses has been my focus since then!
Through the years I’ve had many roles such as office manager, administrative assistant, social media manager, event coordinator, project manager, data entry, marketing assistant, listing assistant to name a few.
