After a short trip to the location and being able to hold top level meetings with the project backers and research the local gaming market, I provided the equipment budget for this 500 slot and 40 live gaming table operation, together with a full casino planning schedule, staffing levels and salaries together with an extensive casino organization chart and policy which was required as part of the tender process.
