I have over 10 years administrative experience with extensive knowledge of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I competently use their functions enabling efficiency and accuracy in all work I undertake. I have a typing speed of 50WPM.
Within Excel I can use Hyperlinks, Clip Art, Tables and Charts, Sum Functions, Images and Backgrounds, Database, Sorting and Filters, Data Validations and Grouping.
Within Word I can Create Documents, Create Mailings using Mail merge, Hyperlinks , Charts, Insert an interactive Table of Contents plus more.
My solid work history has given me the confidence to communicate effectively at various levels including director level when I worked as a PA for the Managing Director of a company.
I offer a daily and weekly rate with the weekly rate being discounted.
