Work Experience Summary: I am currently work for Public Sector as a Administrator for the last 8 years. I type reports, documents, letters on a daily basis ensuring acuracy at all times and to meet with day to day deadlines. I work on databases inputing data when necessary as and when required, pass on relevant information and to act on when required. I ensure that diary commitments are always meet and book the necessary appointments/locations. I train new staff when required.
I have worked as a Hire Controller/Administrator for a hire firm, working on there live on-line database preparing all hire documents and checking for availability for customers. Updating the companys purchase ledger on a daily basis, checking all orders and arranging invoices for payment. Monitoring daily fuel issues for site, calculating all charges for contractors. General administration for general and Site Managers.
