I have been with a lot of line of businesses namely: tele-collection, inbound customer service, telesales, tele-survey, to name a few. I have worked with a lot of different clients as well: telecommunications, investment, publishing, website design.
I am running a call center here in the Philippines and with my strong background in marketing and sales, i can make sure that my center can perform beyond expectations. Work Experience Summary: I have started working as a call center agent doing outbound publishing surveys last October, 2001. During that time, my main responsibility is to conduct and hit the targets of a given publishing survey. I was promoted as a Team Coach in early 2003 and is in charge of making sure that the newly hires (from our nesting/incubation team) are at least hitting their targets.
My first big achievement was when I was promoted as a Team Leader in the middle of 2003. This time I get to handle my very own team. I make sure that all of my outbound agents hit their targets and the quality of each and every transaction.
In 2005, i transferred to a different call center to help out stabilize a new telesales campaign. I was hired as a Team Lead first but was promoted to be the Campaign Head after 3 months of exceeding the target set by the company.
For personal reasons, i have to leave this company. But, after a while was hired again as a Team Supervisor in one of the telecommunications company here to be part of their tele-collection group. I was in charge of a team whose main responsibility is to do outbound calls and collect receivables over the phone. This is by far my easiest campaign that i have handled.
Due to lack of challenge, i seek another job in a different call center. I handled a team who does a very hybrid account. It's an outbound welcome campaign with up-selling and at the same time with a strict requirement on CSAT. So it is my responsibility to make sure that my team balances both quality (customer experience) and productivity (hitting a number of sales). I resigned in this company when i applied to study in London. Unfortunately, i got denied of a visa to study there.
With luck, my previous employer ( the telco company), contacted me and asked if i'd be interested to join them again since they need another Team Supervisor. I said yes and from then on, i and my team was a consistent hitter. My team was even named best team for a quarter and i was a consistent best Team Leader for a number of quarters.
The biggest offer i had was with my current employer. I am the Operations Manager of a start up call center and my duty is to grow this start up company from 40 seats to 300 or so.
Education Summary: I finished my Bachelor of Science in Business Management at the University of the Philippines and have taken a lot of business-related seminars to further hone my skills in management. I have seek work experience that has something to do with managing, may it be a team, a whole center or group of campaigns/accounts.
