I am highly organised, often being asked to do things from outside of my remit due to the knowledge that I would be able to get it done and to the level required (if not higher). I am able to start a job immediately after taking it and get it completed as soon as possible to a very high standard. I like the opportunity to prove myself and take on more and more roles.

Work Experience Summary: Position: Communications Administrator
Duties: This position has given me the opportunity to further develop my office and marketing skills directly supporting the Assistant Directors of Communications on all aspects. I am responsible for drafting a variety of weekly communication bulletins, managing the internal and external distribution of material, keeping accurate monitoring data & various mini-projects. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining effective and efficient office systems, managing the AD’s diary, liaising with a variety of stakeholders and dealing with all correspondence, along with any other tasks required of me.
Position: Executive Support Officer
Duties: This was a varied and challenging senior administrative role where I not only provided administrative support, but also managed small IT related projects. I managed the diaries of two senior directors and assisted with another two directors as well as supporting many Heads of Service. I organised and set up meetings, produced documents and took minutes (which were highly confidential at times), covered/ assisted other teams where necessary as well as learning SAP and data entry. I had the opportunity to obtain significant project management experience by undertaking two major projects from inception to completion. I evaluated the current system, created a scheduled plan, dealt with product developers, old and new users, rolled the system out to 14 management teams, ran training sessions, and dealt with any issues that arose. I also tracked and resolved all issues/risks, escalating to management any blocking factors to the project. This all required a high standard of organisational and management skills, as I delivered to a challenging timeline. I was also directly managed two assistants building up my management skills.
Position: Exam & Sixth Form Senior Administrative Officer
Duties: I had two key areas of responsibility in this job.
Sixth Form: I dealt with both internal and external admissions as well as being the first point of call for the entire Sixth Form for any personal and/or administrative issues.
Exams: I managed the internal and external exam entries liaising with Head of Faculty’s, productions of examination timetables, full training and management of invigilators through to receiving and distributing results. I was also responsible for the examinations budget.
Both roles required me to have excellent data analysis and problem solving skills, as well as working to a high level of accuracy. I had full responsibility in data entry and management of sixth form students and examination information on the school system (CMiS). I also alongside my dual role, monitored, evaluated and developed new systems which I implemented and managed.
Position: Assistant Marketing Executive (University Third Year Industrial Placement)
Duties: I worked on a variety of different tasks as I was rotated through different departments, which improved many skills that I currently had as well as learning new skills in each department. My people skills were improved by interacting with customers at promotional road shows. I was given full responsibility in creating part of their product website. I was also given full responsibility of undertaking a substantial Health & Safety project for the company. I worked in the Service Department learning different aspects of how the products work as well as the CTC Customer Service Helpdesk dealing with customer enquiries of this large organisation further improving my people skills, and any other tasks required of me.
