Duties included server set-up and configuration with ongoing maintenance and support to enterprise level clients.
I have experience in configuring, maintaining and tuning the following services for optimal performances.
Generally my experience of all of these services are running on CentOS operating systems but I also have previous experience in Debian, FreeBSD & Solaris systems as well as using and configuring cPanel, Plesk & Webmin control panels.
Documentation and Scripting are two of the most important things to me, if I've done a job well first time round and that is well documented that makes the same job much easier for myself or a colleague/client to do the next time round. I also find that scripting a lot of processes means that I can save myself time and by saving myself time I will be saving the end user time and money.
I have a passion for making systems as secure as possible and would never leave my name to an insecure system, I can also provide penetration testing scans for PCI compliance to a level 4 standard and secure as necessary.
I have now moved over to a Sales Executive role and have experience in selling enterprise level solutions to small-medium sized businesses. I have also done freelance work in the past selling smaller items face to face with success.
I am available to work the majority of the time, and I can work for hourly or project rates, I have multiple methods of contact telephone, SMS, Skype & Email.
