Description: Reviewing, Negotiating and Drafting high value commercial contracts including but not limited to Service Agreements, Sales Agreements, Agency and Escrow Contracts,Licences, Consultanty Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements to minimize risk and ensure best commercial terms are obtained for client.
Providing effective and solution focused legal advice to employer.
Leading dispute resolution process to minimize loss for client and ensure best terms obtained.
Providing Company Secretarial services including risk management and complaince.
Reviewing tender terms and conditions and making clarifictaions and exceptions as required.
