•Extensive experience of providing training and motivation, as well as problem-solving and setting up, revising and improving procedures and training for different users at different levels.
•Extensive report-writing experience working with different GL systems. Involvement in system migrations, reorganisations and integration.
•Advanced Microsoft Office & Excel skills, including the ability to write macros and create and work with complex spreadsheets. Other experience includes providing Excel training sessions for finance colleagues, writing a tailored Excel guidance booklet for staff and creating Excel skills tests for interviewees.
I am also a Treasurer of a small UK charity whose purpose is to raise funds for a respite care home in Zimbabwe for people with learning disabilities.
