Description: Developed from scratch and developed in Access 2003 a CRM package, integrated diary management for meetings made in the system and data passed on MS Outlook, it included automated quote generation. Integrated diary management with MS Exchange /PDA's. Automated processing or quotes to orders and then to invoice production. Linked to an external EDM package for automated storage of word documents produced from the system.
