Often within smaller organisations, it is undoubtedly difficult to juggle everything necessary to ensure a legally compliant workplace, particularly in relation to Human Resources. With ongoing changes in employment legislation, although the necessary information is often available, it can often be both overwhelming and confusing, as to what is actually expected of employers.
Even with the best of intentions, ensuring that your Human Resource function is both up to date and working for your company, not against it, is not always easy. It can be both time consuming and costly, particularly when employment issues arise.
I can assist you, by carrying out the legwork, wherever you need it, for example: ensuring that effective HR policies and procedures are in place and that contracts are up to date; offering advice and assistance when issues arise; and writing necessary documentation and briefing notes for Managers, when dealing with grievance and disciplinary cases. In essence, professionally managing your HR function, offering full support from the basics, through to more strategic HR direction, assisting with the overall aims of your organisation and business plan.
In addition to assisting with your Human Resource needs, I also provide full administrative services, assisting with formatting and writing business reports and documents, creating effectine office systems etc., as an Executive Assistant.

Fee listed is HR Consultancy rate, however this is nogotiable dependent upon services required. Administrative assistance offered at reduced rates.
