I took the Spanish Living Group from euros 0.25 m profit to euros 6.0 m profit in three year
I conceived, developed and managed two major marketing channels for the sale of international property, one through a nationwide network of estate agents, the second through a network of Independent Financial Advisors in addition to developing and managing a worldwide sales team covering 14 different countries.
I have written a manual for the sales process of International property which is now recognised and used as an industry standard.
I had overall responsibility for a new resort in the Heritage portfolio which produced a £16m turnover in its second year.
In my first UK based management role I increased branch turnover by 48.4%, against an overall company performance of plus 3.7%.

I was responsible for the Newton le Willows branch and its five members of staff. My role was to ensure that the branch was successful and since my promotion in December 09, the branch was operating profitably and achieving all company targets and meeting all necessary KPI\'s.
On leaving, through effective management, motivation and monitoring the branch was producing 48.4% more business than last year against a regional average -22%.
In addition to the role of Branch Manager I was also performing the task of Marketing advisor instructing an average of 9 new properties per week with an average conversion of 80%.

Upon completion I then accepted a 2 month contract to consult on a number of sales and marketing issues dealing with lead generation and call centre management for a UK based investor. I also undertook other projects including a charity based in Bangladesh producing children\'s clothes and toys.

An international marketing platform initially designed to aid large European property developers to sell and develop new opportunities in new geographical areas.

I was approached by the Board of Hestiun in December 2006, and joined in April 2007 when I had recruited and completed a full handover to my successor at Spanish Living Group.
My role was multi functional; controlling the day to day operations of the direct sales force, to sell the platform to international developers, to bring interested parties together (land owners, investors and developers) and to have daily input into the marketing operation particularly direct marketing to the end users.
I achieved all targets required by the Board in the first year, with my main achievements being::
Production of euro 10m of personal sales. This was 83 units at the same development sold to UK and Irish investors on a buy to let basis. This deal made the company 500,000 euros in sales fees.
Created two lead generation networks in the UK, one of estate agents the other of IFA\'s.
Recruited and trained sales teams in 14 countries.
Oversaw the assimilation of one of Europe\'s largest international estate agents into the Hestiun organisation.
Oversaw the design, production and distribution of all marketing material.
Scheduled, managed and organised the European exhibition tour.
Sold the marketing platform to two developers with a combined sales value of 3m euros.
Brought on board and developed the sales and marketing plan for a new 6 star development in St Lucia. This entailed working with the land owner and their agents, our appointed agent on St Lucia, the St Lucian government, the investors behind the project and Manchester United who would be the lead name on the development.
Set up two telemarketing / customer services departments, one based at Old Trafford, Manchester the other in Marbella, Spain.

The owner of the company approached me with the offer of this position at a time when progression at Interealty had reached a ceiling. The Spanish Living Group gave me the opportunity to have full autonomy; to build a company by first developing a successful template in the initial head office and then roll this out over a further 10 locations. My template was later used by the owner in order to franchise the business.
Opened 10 new branches for the company across Spain.
Increased annual profit from E 1/4m to E 6m.
Produced an International property magazine supported and paid for by advertising and distributed by (amongst others) First choice and Thomas Cook holidays. This in turn became its own income stream.
Introduced and developed a telesales department delivering a constant stream of qualified clients from across Europe.
Introduced numerous new marketing techniques and products to increase sales, namely 100% mortgages, rent to buy, house swap international, trade ins, listing fees and a Multiple Listing system operating across Europe and sold into estate agents by a separate sales force.
Wrote a sales manual that has been adopted by several international property companies.
