I ordered a business plan from him and ended up with a template filled with errors and no cash flow. Because i was new to PPH and didnt realised that they would automatically pay him, they paid and that was the end of it. Once he got the money he basically stopped .. This is what he sent me.

1) The business plan document work is complete (to the point you can implement it) and the job is closed.

2) Additional spreadsheet work is currently outside of the job you commissioned me to do.

3) A free of charge Skype consultant was provided to you.

Points of clarification...

The spreadsheet provided was based on best practice format.... you decided to edit the format for reasons of practicality. The spreadsheet will need to be updated by you regularly during the startup phase of your business venture.

Floyd has not taken an evidence based approach to his feedback that is inaccurate lacking substance. I recognise the Floyd is disappointed because he demanded that the team continue to work for him on a free of charge basis following completion for the work.

The team and I have worked very hard with Floyd over the past couple of months to hand his tailored business plan over to him. Floyd's expectation was that my team was retained to work for him on an ongoing basis. This approach is unviable.

The cash flow was based on the limited information provided by the buyer. A further week of work was provided following payment. Unfortunately, Floyd who has stated he is going through a steep learning curve in running a business has provided inaccurate and unrealistic pricing information resulting in perceived errors with the cash flow.

Excellent man , second project first draft done well awaiting final draft but trust in his ability so released payment before final draft

Excellent client... very supportive

It was very bad experience working with Peter since last 2 and half months.

I will suggest to everyone be careful with peter' Words and make sure do not start the work with him until every points are not clear.

I will never ever believe you on this BDM work. I know Peter I lost money now & I am regretting that why I did not check your references before to start work with you.

He will always keep you in ambiguities in your replies.

In all email he will have the hint of having more hidden works or dependencies to do that work.
