She is a DISASTER. She worked for my business for two weeks. I wanted to wait a little bit before submitting a review to give her some time to learn all the processes. She had 3 things to do:

- Make calls to potencial clients from our database to offer them a free taster session: She didn't get any results after two weeks trying. We used to get 4-5 arranged demos per week with the previous freelancer.
- Send emails with information to business from our database. It's the first time that I work with someone that has no clue about sending emails. First she copied and pasted a template and sent it without reading it. In the instructions we said that she would have to adjust it. She sent something like Hello. I'm sending this email because you spoke with... (and left it like that) . I asked her to amend it and send another email to the same person. She doesn't know how to use commas or capital letters. Also I told her repeatedly and it was in my instructions that she should cc me on every email. She only did this once. Finally I realised that the emails to this clients weren't being sent because instead of copying and pasting the email address she was typing it and she typed it wrong. SO IF YOU NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN SEND AN EMAIL YOU BETTER YOU WITH SOMEONE ELSE because it's taken me almost one week to get this email sent and I had to send it myself.
- Add new potencial clients to our database. In the instructions I explained how to do it and I said how important it was that she checked if the contact had already been added. I even added screen shots of the whole process. Did she check that? NO. She was adding contacts that were already our clients.

I don't think she read my instructions and she couldn't care less about this project. Very disappointed.
