It was my first time at people per hour and I think it was more of a case of miscommunication between the professional and us. The request was to transfer some invoicing from one system to the other, which from a CSV file, I'm sure it would not take very long to complete. The other jobs requested such as removing duplicates and other entries that are not clients were not completed at all and I had to pay another professional to do. At the end, I feel a bit cheated by this as I have no way to prove that the job requested was not even 40% completed. Communication was fast but that is one of the only pluses. Safe to say I won't be using this services again as I had to pay twice and felt vulnerable to give system login information. -

We just removed only the Duplicates, it's a Manual work, and we billed actual hours. There's lot of Duplicates with similar Names.
