He’s worked as a video editor, camera operator and director for documentaries, music videos, short films and art videos. Alongside video editing and filming, Bruno has worked as an AV manager for large scale shows around the world using cutting edge technology. As a VJ and visual artist, Bruno has created visuals for music concerts, operas, dance and theatre shows • recently exhibiting his work at The Royal Festival Hall.
Bruno Mathez is a creative audiovisual technician living in London. His area of expertise is video editing, although he has a broad experience of most of the audiovisual production tools. He has been a director, camera operator, video editor and assistant director of many music videos, events captions, documentaries, corporate video productions and so on. He has worked on various audiovisual artistic projects with composers and musicians, dancers, comedians and interactive artists in his exploration of the relationship between the audiovisual medium and other art forms, by creating visuals for shows, veejaying, doing art videos or interactive installations. He is a complete technician in the audiovisual field, filming, video editing / post-production, setting-up audiovisual systems, coordinating interactive audiovisual events.
