I was also responsible in reviewing the process and calibrate globally by video conferencing with fellow SMEs across Shell Offices. I also took in calls and answered emails from Distributors and Consumers who are placing an order, checking order status, problems with EDI, disputes on invoices, product return,and invoice reprint. I was also responsible in communicating with the supply chain team to improve order process. I was also tasked to conduct refresher trainings, new hire trainings, and update training. I was also a part of retrofit which means I test the system everytime there is an update and make sure that the functionality is at 100%
