Work Experience Summary: Anne is a learning and development consultant with over 20 years’ experience, specialising in designing and delivering tailored development solutions. Her experience includes conducting organisational needs analysis, reviewing and implementing learning and development processes for organisations, one-to-one coaching, as well as delivering a wide range of personal and management development programmes.

She is a NLP Practitioner.
In addition to a BA(Hons) in Business Studies, Anne is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of Ashridge Alumni Association. She took her MSc in Organisational Behaviour with Birkbeck College London in 1998, and is an active committee member of her local CIPD group.
