1) 2008-2009: Design and development of a Retail Add-on for a Romanian company and implementation at a customer with 26 supermarkets.
Project description: The Retail add-on is providing the communication between another application used in supermarkets and Navision (at Headquarters), automatically and periodically, offering also an import errors catching system. Communication refers to exporting various lists from Navision (vendors, items, prices, etc.) and importing in Navision all the documents operated in supermarkets, including POS cash receipts. The Retail add-on also provides other functionalities, specific to retail activity, such as: setting sales prices using the commercial margin (per product groups), POS list, Fiscal Days evidence, POS Cash Receipts (with or without associated invoice), automatically creation of Z invoices (using the POS Cash Receipts grouped by product and price), special offers, products characteristics with hierarchy and associated dimensions, etc.
Participation: Retail add-on design, Retail add-on development - especially the communication between the supermarkets and Headquarters (the import of the documents from the supermarkets in Navision), writing documentation and work procedures, user assistance.
2) 2008: Navision implementation at a company that is selling protective equipment - full project.
Project Description: The Financial Management module was implemented, according to the specific business requirements of the client, including the development of an interface with an existing application for sales and inventory management (periodic import in Navision of customer list and sales invoices).
Participation: One man project (All project activities, regarding project management, consultancy and development) - Project management and documentation, analysis of company activity and defining business specific requirements, solution design, application configuration, development of new functionalities and reports, writing development documentation, conducting user testing, writing user specific work procedures, user training, data migration, user assistance.
3) 2007: Navision implementation at a company that is selling construction and industrial machines and also offers maintenance services.
Project Description: The modules of Financial Management, Sales & Marketing, Purchases and Service were implemented, according to the specific business requirements of the customer (especially reporting requirements).
Participation: Development needed in order to accomplish the customer requirements, conducting user testing, writing specific work procedures, user training.
4) 2006: Navision implementation at a company that provides services as an intermediate in real estate market.
Project Description: The Financial Management module was implemented, according to the specific business requirements of the customer (for example: importing customer payments from a bank multicash application in Navision Cash Receipt Journal, exporting payments from Navision Payment Journal to the multicash application, automatically invoicing based on the information from the customer payment, exporting of information regarding revenues and expenses to other application, closing procedure for group reporting, various reports for local and group management).
Participation: Design, writing development specifications, development of necessary functionalities and reports, conducting user testing.
5) 2005: Navision implementation at a company that provides services in publicity market, as media reseller
Project Description: The modules of Financial Management, Sales and Purchases were implemented, according to the specific business requirements of the customer (for example: importing the invoicing data from another application, commissioning tracking, creating vendor invoices based on publicity consumption already paid by customers (for the vendor information), reports about the vendor payments to do at contract due date or at customer payment, other reports, etc.).
Participation: Technical support in design phase, development of functionalities and reports needed in order to accomplish the customer requirements, conducting user testing, user assistance.
