A passionate and hardworking recent Arts and Events Management 2.1 graduate with 18 months B2B and B2C experience covering a variety of events (fashion shows, art exhibitions, large scale music-led outdoor gala, tours and special events) within the UK for numbers ranging from 100- 60,000 people. Sectors and clients include media and entertainment, fashion industry, education and production companies. Enthusiastic and driven individual with experience in event management, logistics, production, marketing and branding with excellent interpersonal skills. IT savvy, up to speed with digital and social media, Microsoft and Adobe packages.
Working within events has enabled me to work well under pressure. The fast pace of the creative industry is an environment which I feel comfortable lending my skills to, and one I aim to pursue post university. As present from my experience, I have worked for high profile clients, delivering well put together and designed events fitting their expectations. My business knowledge is extent, from developing GCSE’s into a degree and being put forth for London Enterprise Challenge, understanding how a business is run and the morals it upholds helps me to adapt and understand different business models and how they are run. Third Year Arts and Event Management Final Major Project - Multi Arts Exhibition experience, including partnerships with Everyday Sexism’s Laura Bates debating sexism in the 21st century. Role consisted of creating a brand image and marketing pathway that would follow, brainstorming innovative ways of reaching audiences. Liaising with press and formulating printed campaign material. Brand partnerships included Lush, Everyday Sexism, and American film company Miss Representation.
Media 10 - Feature Area Manager, The Coronation Festival at Buckingham Palace, March – July 2013
Four day festival and televised evening gala at Buckingham Palace celebrating HRH The Queen 60 year reign. Feature area manager of the Rose Garden Performance Space, booking and dealing with performances within budgetary restrictions, as well as the design of the performance space. My skillset also contributed with working on the evening gala VT, working with film production companies and archivists to achieve an interlude between performances.

Second Year Arts and Event Management Project - Visual Arts Exhibition experience, including partnerships with Austrian artist Manu Luksch educating and raising awareness surrounding CCTV.
Role involved: Liaising with press and venue managers, giving TV interviews. Contacting sponsors and pitching for involvement, creating marketing strategies, designing promotional material within industry software and formulating press releases.
