It is the first time that I have used people by the hour and have found the process frustratingly slow. Eventually I communicated with Amanda and requested her email address which speeded up the process slightly.
The CV she produced was acceptable but by no means eye catching.
But as I didn't have the time to re-design myself I want to thank her for doing it.
No reflection on Amanda but I wont be using People by the Hour again.

We are grateful you chose to work with us and are disappointed and surprised to receive this response, especially as the emails we sent to three different addresses and the six unanswered messages we have on this thread, all state to please contact us with your thoughts. We cannot help if we do not know there is a problem. It is a shame you feel the issue is with PeoplePerHour, the system is set up to protect consumers and service users a like, and is as instantaneous as it can be and in order to stick to PeoplePerHour's rules communication should not be taken away from this medium, but it does only work if the communication is two way. There are some great service providers and some do find the system hard to deal with but it is set up this way to provide best practice for all. I am sad you will not use the system again. We have never received bad feedback before but that is usually because we do have effective communication. I understand you work in a very high powered environment and so you are short on time, but we believe the system is good and with patience and effective communication it can work really well for everyone. We hope you use the system again and give it another chance. Amanda
