Work Experience Summary: I have over 30 years experience as a senior PA, executive assistant and office manager. I have built up my skills base from many years as a temp which has afforded me the opportunity of accumulating experience of many different diverse business environments including over 15 years in the legal sector and several years in aerospace, the public and finance sectors, manufacturing and the fitness industry (being a qualified fitness instructor) - to name but a few.
I believe, during my time, that I have worked in virtually every role within an office environment from base to Board level, including but not limited to: reception, document production, sales, marketing, HR, purchasing, accounts and finance, IT and software training, web and presentation design and build, project management, facilities management, new office set up, marketing and event organisation, EA/PA to Board ... and so on.
I can offer the following skills: advanced MS Office, HR and facilities management, online research and report, PPT presentation design and prep, editing, tape and digital transcription services with accurate audio typing skills at 90+wpm, of course - all aspects of senior management/executive support and office/business start up assistance.
