During my career I have provided advice, managed anmore...I am a highly skilled, motivated individual with a career spanning over 23 years in business, mostly in financial services. During my career I have provided advice, managed an office, managed a team of administrators, been a PA, a company director, a training coach, a supervisor, a compliance manager, a researcher, a customer service operative, a paraplanner, a typist, a receptionist and I am very good at making coffee (so I have been told!) I have also been a recruiter for a few small engineering companies over the last couple of years and can provide this service for a fixed fee - not in any way related to the salary attached to the role.
Having to run a household whilst caring for 2 children and juggling a full time career that involved a lot of travelling, I can be relied upon for my multi-tasking and time management capabilities. I have excellent communication skills and can deal with people at all levels. I take a fierce pride in my work and it is my aim to ensure that any task given to me is dealt with efficiently and within the deadline.
I will adapt my working style to suit the task and the client. I am flexible with my hours and can often pick up urgent jobs. Having spent so many years in a full time career, I completely understand how pressurised life can be and that is what I aim to do - ease the pressure and make things a little bit easier so you can relax in the knowledge that whatever you have asked me to do is being dealt with in an ethical and professional manner.
