This was a newly-created role intended to promote Cordea Savills’ presence as a ‘thought leader’ within institutional property investment commentary and increase the company’s internal and external communications output.
The role’s main focus was to adapt ‘house views’ provided by the research department and key senior management into written content for the company’s communication activities. This material provided the basis for investor communications, articles for the international property press, press releases and presentations for both external (e.g. conference) and internal use. This involved extensive liaison with external PR companies while also coordinating corporate, research and compliance sign-off.

Writing and editing marketing copy for the web, newsletters, brochures, press releases and magazine articles etc on (mainly) IFAs/financial sector clients, targeted at a range of audiences. Pro-active generation of ideas for marketing campaigns (including posters, direct mail, e-marketing) in liaison with clients/designers. SEO, CMS and proof-reading.
