My background is Administration with over 20 years experience including Personal Assistant experience. My challenge with any role is, can tasks be simplified, by streamlining, working more efficiently. I have strong organisational skills, good at record keeping, and have developed strong excel skills over the last couple of years. I enjoy working with data, manipulating data using formula's to create reports, graphs/charts and pivot tables.
Previous work experience has included an Office Manager position monitoring staff attendance logging all sickness/holidays and unpaid leave for 38 people, and maintaining up to date employee records, logging sales commissions for payroll.
I also have experience of working with Sales Force and Microsoft Dynamic Navision CRM systems pulling sales pipeline reports/ and ensuring data compliancy. I also enjoy training and empowering people.
I have experience of collating sales targets across multiple regions working with multiple currencies to ensure coverage against budget using Microsoft Excel.
Other experience includes diary management, complex travel arrangements, arranging visa's, collations of monthly expenses, scheduling meetings and setting up global webex conference calls. I've also prepared powerpoint presentations for meetings.
I'm very proficient with creating professional Microsoft Word documents, inserting contents pages to automatically update page numbers, and have a good eye for detail, with good spelling and grammar. Content is important, but equally a document should be visually appealing.
