Description: I currently work within the customer services and training team, managing the customer support side of the business. Description: My position at DediPower allowed me to work as a full time employee working as a valued member within the provisioning team, while completing practical elements of my NVQ Level 3. I was predominately responsible for building servers, installing and configuring operating systems I.e. Windows, Redhat, ESXI, and Centos, installing and configuring software I.e. SQL, Raid, and anti-virus.

Description: I was tasked with developing emails as part of the email campaigns the company was carrying out.
This involved cutting images from psd's, wirritng the HTML and checking the compatibility throughout all browsers.
This was a rolling contract until the end of the project, which ended early this month.

- In my NVQ I got a distinction. The highest score on all of the modules was on the Web design and development.
