Paris, FRVery disappointed with the service provided.
I have been using the platform for almost 8 years I have always been satisfied but it is the first time that I am not statifait to the point of putting a negative opinion.
I ended up with 150 messages not being answered while the job was just to make a stuck copy of a message already written 30 minutes a day.
I ended up with a week of unanswered messages and to prove the wrong time I answered 50 messages in 5 minutes just by making copy paste to prove that the 30 minutes was more than enough.
Basically the mission: respond to customers by just copying and pasting the same message.
And for her 0 minutes to make a thirty copy copy is too much.
If you look at my history in 8 years I have never had conflict ever paid.
I am a little shocked -
