We are looking for an experienced sales advisor for our machinery company. The role involves answering calls and assisting customers. The ideal candidate will ideally have a good understanding / knowledge of machinery / engines but not essential as we will offer training and support. Hi, We have a client who has been using Zopim chat (the legacy chat for Zendesk), but the client would like to move to use Zendesk chat so that they can connect to two facebook pages and receive chats from these sources as well as their website. I need recommendation for company workflow using CMS
Hi, Experience setting up retail business or similar businesses is a requirement. We are a retail store that sells furniture and we are looking to consulting to setup or recommend the best workflow for our company based off how we operate. We use lightspeed for our point of sale, asana for project management, discord for communication, zendesk for customer email management and calendly to schedule deliveries. We would like to have a better seamless workflow from start to finish of our customers journey. From when the customer purchases to them receiving their delivery at their home. Current challenges: 1. We would like to record information from the customer and relay that automatically to our delivery team via some type of delivery software. (for example: I want this machine in my upstairs bedroom and I have a gatecode #2112) 2. Once the customer makes the purchase we need the list of items the customer purchased to go to our warehouse team so they can stage and prep the items for the delivery. We are a small software developer that makes software for music-creators. We currently have only one software product called "Melody Sauce 2" and we are looking for someone to manage the technical customer support for this. Project Details: • Provide technical customer support using Zendesk Support (email only) • Respond to an average of 30 new support tickets per month (on average 2 responses required to solve tickets) • Respond to tickets within 24 hours, 6 or 7 days a week. • We will provide a guide to the most common issues and how to process certain tasks (eg: customer refund requests) • Customer issues are most often related to issues with serial numbers, and more technical music-production software specific problems. I need an API fixed between my POS and Zendesk
Hi, I had a developer agency build an api which connected my POS to my Support Zendesk. For example when a sales receipt was created in our Point of Sale the receipt would automatically go into zendesk as its own ticket. The api has been working fine for several months but recently now when a sales receipt goes into zendesk, the sales receipt is combined into one tickets which is causing two different sales receipts from different customers to go into one ticket in zendesk. I need to separate this so when one sales receipt is created in my point of sale, one ticket gets created in zendesk. I am hoping someone can fix this issue. Thanks, Sam

Add email from custom form into CC box within ZenDesk
We have a custom written Wordpress plugin that allows forms to be created on Wordpress websites. We use one of these forms as a support contact form which emails the submission into Zendesk and creates a ticket. This is great, but the senders email address isn't inserted into the to: or cc: fields within the ticket. We have to manually copy and paste it and and often forget meaning customers don't see our reply.
