Design an illustrated property map
I am looking for a talented illustrator to design a property map for a new hotel project in the Caribbean. The style of illustration should be simplified and in a vector format. I have a clear idea of the layout and design for the property map. The attached files contain 3 examples of the style I have in mind, example03 being the closest to what I am looking for. Also attached is the rudimentary black/white map of the property, which contains most of the details we want on the map. The main purpose of the property map is for navigation and wayfinding for guests of the hotel. To help you understand the project, I have included several photos of the villas and some of the internal roads. More are available, if needed. Google Satellite imagery may also help, but the dense foliage hides a lot of the paths. Check it out at https://www.google.com/maps/place/Rincon+Retreat/@19.2840802,-69.2280949,542m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m6!3m5!1s0x8eaedde2a5cc96dd:0x6891fa0a35d9e29c!8m2!3d19.2832965!4d-69.2267547!16s%2Fg%2F11h2ns2y1z?entry=ttu Ideal skills and experience for this job include: - Proficiency in illustration and vector design - Strong understanding of navigation and wayfinding principles - Ability to create clear and easy-to-follow map layouts - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Please provide some relevant samples of your work as part of your quote.

Way-finding project unity & c#
Hope all is well, I am trying to execute a basic wayfinding project with Unity and C#, however, I am having difficulties. So the basic idea is that there will be a list of locations and with on click of the UI button (destination 1/ destination 2), the "player" would then travel to whatever destination had been clicked showing its path of travel, then resetting back to the rest UI after a certain amount of seconds. However, I am having difficulties understanding how to use the Button to make this happen as well as how to store the location information (list, array etc?) and if the rest UI would need to be a separate scene in unity as a kind of "start menu" or it can all be done within a single scene. I have some code put together that takes a single player to a single location however would you be able to help implement multiple locations? Look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Alex
We need a simple 3D model of a shopping mall (OBJ)
Design details: # Acquire Digital Wayfinder Our wayfinder software allows users to load a 3D model of a location and create their own destinations, routes, labels etc. The resulting software can then be deployed to large format touch screens allowing customers / clients etc to search & navigate to their desired destination. [](http://www.acquiredigital.com/wayfinder/) # Brief We require a 3D model to be created of a shopping centre in the USA for use with our wayfinder software. The source map for the model can be found here: http://eastontowncenter.com/portals/0/pdf/e_dir_20171108_v02_web.pdf http://eastontowncenter.com/directory-map We require that the entire shopping centre is modeled along with a base texture that includes the roads and road names. There are two floors to this map, so we will require 2 models. ## Details We only require that the buildings and shops are modeled. The buildings and shop meshes should be simple in shape, as per the PDF map. The shops do not need names, as we add those in software, but some "Flagship stores" will need logos. We do not require the shop internals to be modeled, just that the shops are separate meshes. This is so that we can highlight the shops in our software, and apply name labels. We would like clearly defined internal and external walls and entrances to the internal sections of the mall modeled as well. The colour scheme should be muted, but follow the shopping mall brand. Think google maps rather than a theme park. ## Example model https://static.notion-static.com/1e60e693f2994d10896f6561e5083dc1/Mall_Map_Example.zip ## Notes & Tips **Textures:** - WRAP, CLAMP and TILE modes supported - PNG or JPG, alpha channel supported (diffuse map) **Lighting:** - Diffuse, Ambient, Emission and Specular. - No bump/lighting/specular mapping support **Buildings/Rooms:** - Each building must be a separate named mesh/object within the file and have a unique material - Each material should have the same name as the mesh/object (above) that is using it - Vertex count – the smaller the better as it is real-time rendering - Overlapping surfaces – might need slight gaps to prevent Z-Fighting in the renderer - the unique meshes/stores are "grouped" ('g' in the obj file) - not a single "object" ('o' in the obj file) should be present in the file Ideas for the visual style: Google maps, but on brand with Easton Mall.
