looking for 2 documents - an Elevation Drawing and a little more complex 3D overview of the inside and outside of the building-. please note it's the same building in each document 1) Elevation drawing Request for a front and side elevation. To assist, I've attached the front and side of an existing building of almost the same type and size. PowerBI / Excel HR Dashboard Development
I need an Excel / PowerBI Dashboard developer to help develop an HR Strategy Dashboard for a US/EU client. The dashboard source data will initially be a series of large Excel tables (in one Book) which consolidate into one single multi-site personnel data table (existing). Some reformating of the parent tables and their data validation etc may be required to make it operate better with pivot charts or PowerBI. The dashboard(s) need to operate with a comprehensive slicer and output types span quant and cost graphs to KPIs, a graphical object with 3x3 data fields, and a map view, etc. Design and layout in company colours and logo will be needed. Several iterations with client input will be required. The client also wants a separate tab to auto-produce a structured organisation chart based on the Excel data table and selection of start point manager and depth etc. likely using the MS Visio Plug-in for Excel unless PowerBI has something better. So structuring of the Visio objects may be required to link to the fields in the Excel table. The project is fairly urgent but the cycle through client approval is likely to take several weeks - so 2-3 short sprints are likely as the final design of the dashboard and spreadsheet is iterated. The data is sensitive and will require a comprehensive NDA before sharing the source spreadsheet but an empty version is available for costing purposes. Unfortunately, the client won't be referenceable and will be at arms-length. The successful applicant will be invited to tender for a larger follow-on project to construct a full database version removing Excel from the equation with structured data entry forms, multi-level sign-on security, and SQL queries to existing HR data sources (Success Factors etc). A fixed price is preferred and I am open to sensible offers that encompass 2-3 iterations of the dashboard design etc.

App for cinema room layouts and reports
We have created a powerful design system based on Excel and Visio which allows us to calculate acoustic properties and then provide acoustic treatment layout drawings and reports. As our company grows we are looking to offer this solution to our distributors as a dedicated application rather than a collection of Office Files! Other than simple formulas, most of the development in Excel is done using VBA and similarly, the extraction of data from Excel by the Visio is also handled by VBA which means that it should be straightforward to understand our system and should not require too much maths by the developer. What will be absolutely critical is the ability to create the report drawings and allow the manipulation of elements on those drawings. Why is this element is so important? Our typical project is a rectangular room which contains listeners, speakers and acoustic treatment. The relationship between room, speakers and listeners is what dictates where the treatment goes and the easiest way to update these elements is to visually drag them to the required locations. A cinema layout is fairly well defined so it is possible to have a quick “wizard” to ease data entry before allowing modifications. I have attached current outputs from the system to help clarify what we are looking to do but will require a signed NDA before supplying the Excel and Visio files. Currently all data is entered into a dashboard in the excel file. This data is mainly xyz coordinate data that defines the location of each listener (round coloured circles on layout), speaker (smaller grey rectangles on layout) and quantities. These are then used to calculate the reflections per surface (small coloured squares on layout) and some other parameters shown only on the report document. No data is currently entered directly to the Visio file, it simply pulls everything from the excel. Almost all text content in the report is boilerplate. There is a small summary section that is project specific and all charts are taken directly from the excel. We have in house graphic design / UI design who can work with you on the creation of visual elements and let you focus on the technical operation! In our dream world this would probably be a cross platform web app but a solution that runs on windows PC is perfectly acceptable for us also.

VISIO, Decision Making Tree or Process Mapping
I would like to provide a visual for our standard operating procedures to assist staff in having a clear consistent message of how our processes work. Visio looks like a great option, but I do not have the time to do it. I would like to have the free-lancer have a virtual meeting with our managers to complete the process maps for their departments. This would be a big project, but I would like to start with 5 hours to ensure we are receiving the output that we are hoping for. Example on process maps: Hiring a new employee, Staff report Covid symptoms, employee is displaying performance issues, Receiving a referral for services, verifying insurances, completing an intake, responding to a suicidal client, etc.
