Website redesign and onlie shop
I currently have a website www.fairlawnsartificialgrass.co.uk It has been very productive with regards to drumming up installation work on the west midlands but there are elements that are not up to standard with competitors websites. i am now looking to get a professional looking website and focus on getting up there with the UKs top artifcial grass companies as installers in the west midlands and suppliers of artificial grass and accessories to the uk market. I would like a shop with approximatley 15 to 20 products on there with the option to add more in the future. I Also want to have a trade login for trade customers to access trade prices after being approved by us here at fairlawns. Public customers will see the same products but at full retail price and this section will be the default shop. The current website platform is on ionos. The new website must be super responsive, Secure, SEO optimised and easy to use. I want to make sure that the url structure is properly taken care of so we dont lose ranking on keywords or pages that we already rank for. At the same time i dont want any redesign to hinder my current installation enquiries as this is currently our main line of work. The new website must convey everything that the current website does. Products prices to be displayed Ex VAT on trade section and including VAT on retail (default) section.
MARKETING BROCHURE
I am looking for someone who can design and A3 Leaflet which will explain to my new customers what I am offering them. I will first explain what we are offering, we are a marketing company offering convenience stores, corner shops, newsagents, independent stores, off-licenses , how we can help them get more sales from the regular customers and also have new customer walking into there shops. We are a new company but have background in sales for over 30 years and we are looking to offer our new strategy how to increase sales in those kinds of shops. We will offer 12 products every month ranging form everyday essential products in the homes everyday. these are products such as Household Foil Cling Film Lighters Food Bags Freezer Bags Dog Poo Bags Gloves Tapes these are Just a few to name... How it works We would offer every months 12 products at very competitive pricing that is not possible for shop to buy from their cash and carry wholesalers. Let me give you an example of the first item on the list so you get a feel of the product pricing policy Household foil Normally shops keep with branded or non branded products , if its branded they will cost a much more in price and if non branded the cost will be lower in price.. I have been around many shops and find the price ranges from £1 to £3 approx depending on size of the roll. This is another side of our business, we are major importer of household products but in this case we are adverting as a marketing company to the new shops, We will household foil at £0.25p, we are so confident there will be no supplier selling our products at these low prices, we can guarantee that or we will give them double the difference back in money if they find it cheaper or they can cancel the membership. I will talk about the membership in a moment. Back to the product.... we will offer them 12 products every month at these low prices, once the month is over they can be purchased at the normal prices or slightly discounted prices is they continue the membership, Lets look at the same product we talked about above, household foil will cost them £0.25, they can sell this item in the shop on promotion prices for that month, that is the main focus , to get the customers buying more from their shops and trusting them to offer these offers continuously, in the promotion period for 1 month they can sell this item for £0.49, they make 100% profit. After the month is over then can buy from us on the normal prices which would be £0.65 , if they continue their membership , we can offer this same product at £0.39. If they choose to buy in bulk they will need to make the order minimum £700+VAT to send goods buy pallet transport company., The idea was for them to try the product out in promotions and see how it works for them so they can buy from us afterwards in volume & regularly. In one month they will offer 12 products varying every month, they will received 12pc each item x 12 products , in total 144pc , we will ship this carton by courier company next day service together we will put a A0 poster size banner for all 12 items they will sell in that month. They can put this poster outside of their shop window for customers to see every month what new products are being offered every month. We will only give 12pc each item , we will have 12 products in total, the monthly membership will be normally £20.00+VAT per month, but for 3 months we have promotional offer for £9.99+VAT per month and after 3 months they don't like it they can cancel it without any penalty or continue at £20.00+VAT per month. In this we will include the free delivery every month. Once they have decided they want to join we will set up DD with each customer for the £9.99+VAT per month first the first 3 months and then it will go automatically to £20.00+VAT per month, at any point they can cancel with 30 days notice. Our long term plan is to offer them remarkable service and prices that is un-matched by any other competitors in the UK and to help them increase their sales and footfall in their shop. Every month we will offer 12 products, they will be of good quality products , real value for money and packaging that will stand out from the competition and will help sell the product. What your roles will be We would like you to find out and research in this field what we can do to encourage new customer to join our membership Try to see from the shop owner point of view, what other information we need to add to help them make the decision to join the membership club The brochure much be bright, light and colour full and most importantly to easily understand , what we are offering.

UX Design - Website Re-Design of Wholesale E-Commerce Website
We are looking to effectively re-design our wholesale website to best serve the needs and requirements of our customers. Part of our website re-development strategy is to ensure user fluidity on the website is at a maximum and that we are ensuring a good user experience for all of our customers. We are a wholesaler and our website was built a few years ago. Whilst we have had works constantly done on the website, over time we are finding ourselves in a position in which a re-designed website would be best for our customers. We have identified other wholesale websites we like and particular features for which we feel would be useful for our customers. For example, customers having the ability to see wholesale prices per case and per unit pricing, inc VAT and ex VAT at a glance is a high priority. The current website is an opencart website and we intend to stick with this platform. At this time we are focusing our priority on UX design and would be open to a colour scheme change from our existing colour scheme to match further the colours of our main company logo and theme etc. Clean, fresh and modern design is at the forefront. At this stage this project is purely UX design as we want to establish what we want the website to look like, feel and how it will work for our customers. We are looking for an individual or company based in the UK that we can work with remotely via PC, over the phone etc... to communicate back and forth the design process so we can ensure we complete the UX design effectively, with minimal back-and-forth for both parties, as well as have the finished concept, ready to take in to development. Our current website is www.lemonfreshuk.com/wholesale

Shopify website
we require to migrate our existing website on to a Shopify platform. Currently its built-on WordPress however due to how it was coded we struggle to make our own changes and require the developer to do such request as of when requires which becomes costly. We want to replicate www.eezychair.co.uk onto a Shopify platform. As we sell wheelchairs this is classified as Medical product. if your disabled you don’t have to pay UK VAT on some products, we need to add this at the checkout process allowing the customer to choose if they pay VAT exempt or not. You can get an idea of what we require from a competitor website if you add an item to a cart. https://www.mobilityworld.co.uk/products/dashi-mg-lightweight-folding-electric-powerchair

Update (OpenCart V4, Template Theme & Stripe Payment Pro)
Experience Level: At least Expert level to ensure quality of work. I am authorised to outline the proposal of works, which is as follows: -------- Ref: https://www.oxfordpaper.co.uk/ 1. To reinstall Opencart v4.0.1.1. 2. Reinstall new theme purchased. https://preview.themeforest.net/item/emarket-the-ecommerce-multipurpose-marketplace-opencart-3-theme-mobile-layouts-included/full_screen_preview/20843842?_ga=2.192195370.1222849430.1674600209-372329904.1631985274&_gac=1.116705908.1674747769.CjwKCAiA5sieBhBnEiwAR9oh2mJaOv5LLCzXWvlxw0nBJM4f5sYWLHQVEhhcQqzTuXNg_MmgFRIVOBoCfgAQAvD_BwE"; Will send the full file of all themes to you. Multiple layouts but likely we will select "Home Layout 4". 3. Reinstall "Stripe Payment Gateway Pro" for Opencart v4.0.1.1 which we purchased. Will send this to you and license key after agreement formed. Bought via https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=26122&filter_search=stripe. 4. Testing - ensuring site is fully functional upon completion, ensuring orders can be successfully placed and paid for via Stripe integration platform. Particularly ensuring VAT is correctly displayed and included in applicable product sales. A toggle switch for Ex.VAT / Inc. VAT pricing to be put on to the site (all pages - perhaps in the header?) so customers can choose display pricing. 5. Other installed modules and extensions (e.g. Mega Filter PRO) etc can be removed to save space as they wont be used anymore, as we don't believe they are compatible with the new OpenCart version. 6. Existing data: images are to remain on the server ready to use. Product data such as product names/titles, model numbers, descriptions etc can be exported and downloaded as a .txt file and saved purely as an information file. DO NOT deleted. Customer details and Order history can also be exported and downloaded as a .txt file and saved purely as an information file. DO NOT delete. Such files to be sent to us or a link to download them. 7. There is a second website being hosted on the GoDaddy server and is to remain unaffected. Should this be impacted, developer will ensure it is corrected so that site functions as expected. 8. Hosting is with GoDaddy. We will disable the Firewall on BOTH sites and disable caching while you undertake such development works. 9. Submit to us how many billable hours you will take to do this work and hourly rate. As a guide, TOP CERT experts start at £80, CERT 5 freelancers start at £65, CERT 4 freelancers start at £55 and this work should take 4-6 billable hours so prefer you to do this in either 1 or 2 sitting so site is not offline any longer than 2 days. 10. We will give you navigation text / categories (Parent/Child) to update the generic theme template text to provide us with a structured site. Modules are also to update to ensure products are well marketed on the site. e.g. Deals of The Day, Best Sellers, Top Rated, Related Products, etc 11. Theme chat is Facebook which we wont use. To disable this chat only and install "onWebChat live chat" which is free from OpenCart Marketplace. https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=26290&filter_search=chat&filter_download_id=67 12. Upon appointment, be up-front of your start and completion date. 13. Cpanel log in and OpenCart Admin page login will be provided. Many thanks and look forward to working with you. [END]

Marketing design / pdfs and printed media
I need a rough price to create the following:- A PDF which is four A4 pages offering our training. We have a rough idea of content and have hi resolution images. It needs translating to a modern effective design. This would be an electronic pdf we can email. The second is 5 designs for A1 Clip Frames. This needs to be the design and printing in full colour at that size (a1). Each design will feature images and text and will offer some of our products at a low price. An example of this will be to offer pour sample case for a low introductory rate of £89 plus vat for 48 resin bound blends – a must for any company working within the industry. I would need two copies of each design printed in full colour. The third is for a certificate for attending the training. This PDF will then have the name off the attendee and company adding before being printed and laminated in house. We just want to add a feel of value to the course and certification for attendance. So, an editable PDF would be ideal Finally, we are looking for a small pamphlet that is split into two detachable offers roughly a5 size or smaller (split into two) – The first coupon will offer a code to gain a discount for the contractors first order and the second will be for a discount on a bundle offer being a mixer, trowels and spazzle etc. this would be printed probably a volume of 500 with perforation to start with.

I need a website designing
I need a web site designing for a storage facility that we run. I would like the website to be fully automated in terms of how the leasee interacts with the company. The website will need to be: Eye catching Modern Allow the lease to sign up for a storage unit fully online, this will include uploading all required documents: One form of photographic ID Two forms of proof of address (The photo ID can also act as one proof of address), bank statement, utility bill, tenancy agreement etc. The storage units are 20ft x 8ft (160 sqft) secure shipping containers and the site is ANPR secured gated with CCTV and lighting throughout. The leasee will be able to use the site as a fully automated way to sign up for a storage container. This will include paying for the container and the fees. the costs are as follows: Monthly rental: £135 plus VAT. Deposit: £100 Lock: £45 plus VAT Total payable upfront: £280 The deposit will be retuned if the container is left in the same condition when it was rented. The biggest selling point is that the site is local just off Junction 1 at Elland Road, one mile from Leeds City Centre. I would like the site to be fully interactive with the customer to reduce interaction with the office. A good example is on this site to unit to show the size of a container is here where is shows the container being packed: https://www.bigyellow.co.uk/quote/estimate/store/leeds/ I would also like the SEO to be part of the package so come up top when searching for Self Storage in Leeds. I think I have covered everything but please show me any examples of work already done etc.

WooCommerce website product templates and formatting fixes.
We are looking for a web developer to redesign two separate product templates on WooCommerce, one template for grouped products as well as minor changes to a single product template. We also need some other changes made to the site, which are listed below. For the templates, we’ve outlined visually a rough idea of what we are looking to have. Demo site is up using the Porto template. Products have already been added to the site. Please quote price to complete all work (ignore budget on people per hour) Need immediate start so only quote if you are free to start project. Grouped product custom template – 1. Make the block that shows pictures on the left side smaller, making space to the right of it, giving more room for product content (titles, prices etc) - Product title needs to be on one line, cut off by ellipses if needed. - Product price should also be one line (‘VAT’ no longer cut onto next line) 2. Price – The price needs to have both the ‘including vat’ as well as the ‘excluding vat’ displayed. (current format for ‘excl vat’ is ok) Size of ‘including vat’ needs to be smaller and in a grey font. We also need all lines to be appropriately spaced. 3. We need to display attributes (Manufacturer as an example) in the same format as the ‘SKU’ is displayed currently… font, colour etc. 4. Underneath product titles on second line (now clear) we need to display the SKU and MPN attributes as well as current stock in format -> STOCK: 53 SKU: QWERTY MPN: 12345 5. Move the description tab to a new block which we want displayed in the big white space on the left hand column under the pictures. Single product template – 1. Price – As on the grouped product template. Price needs to be displayed inc vat as well as exc vat. Size of exc vat needs to be smaller and greyed out. White space fixed. 2. Again as on the grouped product template. Display attributes eg manufacturer, mpn (under sku) in the same format as the SKU: text. 3. Accessories section to display 6 to a row, and be the same size/format as the above “you may also like” section. 4. Product text on ‘Accessories’ and ‘You may also like’ to wrap onto two lines. (same issue as on the category/shop page, see below other fixes) 5. Move the accessory above the ‘You May Also Like’ Section Other fixes – 1. Category / Shop page – Wrap product title text onto two lines. Decrease font size of the price text to avoid cutting/additional lines (our prices are not over £9999 for an idea on character limit/font size) 2. Breadcrumbs – Because of our grouped products, single SKUs now have incorrect breadcrumbs, which show ‘uncatagorised’ We need the breadcrumbs to call on the grouped product it is assigned to rather than the category. . (We have Yoast SEO paid if this helps with breadcrumbs) (Top level cat – mid level cat – grouped product -single product) 3. Hide the ‘uncategorized’ category from all menus. 4. Category page – Currently both Grouped and Single products are displayed on our pages. We would like to hide all single products so only Grouped ones are displayed unless that Single product is not part of a grouped product. I think this might be an ‘If’ statement? If product is part of a grouped product don’t display in category. Please quote price to complete all work (ignore budget on people per hour) Need immediate start so only quote if you are free to start project. Current grouped page - https://hyperstorecouk.onyx-sites.io/product/zebra-mc3300ax-handheld-computer/ single product - https://hyperstorecouk.onyx-sites.io/product/zebra-mc3300ax-mc330l-sl2eg4rw/ shop - https://hyperstorecouk.onyx-sites.io/product-category/pos-systems/pos-printers/

Drag & drop - is there a way pages can be updated in this way? 9. Appointment booking for the store - can we enable browsers to do this? 10. Trade accounts - can we have an option for this too? 11. Google my business - can we have this tied in too? 12. Integrate with Royal Mail & Parcelforce 13. Mail chimp integration for email subscription & data capture 14. Variable price product page for us to quickly create custom/password protected links for customers to pay for custom/special orders that are not online. 15. Waiting list. 16. Wish List - allow customers to create a wish list or favourite items that we are able to see as we plan on moving into wedding gift registries. This will also need to be a list that can allow multiple users to log in to with a password and link to make gift purchase from the wish list. All of these points are vital for the website. Please only apply if you feel you can really help us on all of this. We would hope to develop a long term relationship where by we can work closely on an ongoing basis as and when we need support pending this is successful. Before any sign off we will also want to somehow test the website before it goes live so we are aware of any issues or errors / shortcomings. We are happy to work with freelancers from the UK or overseas; the main requirement is to be able to deliver on all of the above requirements, thank you.

White Board explainer video
We have a few things coming up but first of all we would like 3 videos (or white board animations depending on cost difference) that portray a tradesperson and a customer. Please find below one of the scripts (all 3 are very similar with just some edits for different trades etc) A typical transaction (boiler breakdown example): Before the job: Trade partner - “Hello Miss Smith, This is Dave from HandyExperts. This is just your courtesy call to let you know I’m on my way and should be approximately 45 minutes. Can I just ask if there are any issues with parking at the property or any tips you could help with?” Customer - “Hi Dave, that’s great thanks for letting me know. I’ve got a visitors parking permit so when you arrive just buzz the buzzer and I’ll come down and hand it over. See you soon” On arrival: Trade partner - “Hi Miss Smith, come to service the boiler. Any issues you’ve had over the past 12 months or is it just for an annual check up?” Customer - “Just the annual check really. It’s been working fine although it has been making a whirring noise now and again over the last couple of months” Trade partner - “Ok, I’ve carried out all the checks and all seems to be well. However the noise you are hearing is the fan. I’ve lubricated it, and it’s working ok at the moment but it does sound like it’s on it’s way out. I’ve checked stock and there is one locally so if you want to replace it now I can do so for £250 + VAT. If a return visit is required the price would be £300 + VAT. Entirely upto you” Customer - “I’d rather get it done now than wait for it to completely break down another day” Trade partner - “No problem. I’ve just sent you a deposit request for £125 + VAT (50% of the quoted price) so that should be in your inbox now. Once that’s paid I can place the order for the part and collect it.” Customer - “Ok, I’ll pay that now” Trade partner - “Great, I’ll check payment has gone through when I get to the suppliers and be back in about 30 minutes” Trade partner checks deposit has been made, creates a purchase order for the fan from his dashboard to send to the local supplier, collects it, and returns to site with it…. Trade Partner - “Ok, that’s all done. Boiler serviced along with the brand new fan. The total cost as agreed was £350 + VAT (£100 + VAT for the service & £250 for the fan). You’ve already paid a £125 + VAT deposit so the balance will be £225 + VAT. I’ve just emailed you the invoice along with the job report where you’ll find a link to make payment securely online.” Customer - “Excellent! Thank you very much Dave. I’ll see you next year” Thank you for taking the time to look and I look forward to hearing from you. Richard
