Transcribe a word document with headers and footers
A freelancer is needed to professionally reformat twenty existing risk assessment documents into a new template. The original documents contain text, images, tables and were created using Microsoft Word. Each needs to be carefully transcribed whilst maintaining the underlying structure, layout and visual design. A new template will be provided featuring a standardized cover page design along with consistent headers and footers across all pages. Page numbers must also be inserted in the footer in a 'Page X of Y' format. Any photos, charts or tables from the original files should be cleanly copied over whilst preserving sizes and placements on the page. Great attention to detail is required as the documents involve risk assessment information. Text must be accurately replicated or retyped where needed. Headers and footers need to align precisely with the template specifications. Page breaks and section divisions should match the original layout. Once completed, the twenty reformatted files should be delivered electronically for review. I need some old printed documents typed up for prosperity.
Old typed up papers which have been photocopied need to be transcribed into a word document so that I can edit them. Because much of the content relates to Tibet/Tibetan dog breeds, I don't believe an AI transcribe will work. It will have to be done in person. There are about 65 pages but they can be transcribed as seen/no need to worry about layout etc. There is no translation required. All is in English except for the Tibetan names and they will remain the same.

Transcribe 30mins of an interview audio file
I need the last 30mins of an interview transcribed as I have already done the first half. It's not essential for you to be based in the UK, but it might help with the dialect (it sounds perfectly clear to me but a previous transcriber who was not in the UK turned the job down because of the accents). The format is very simple, as you can see in the doc - just an initial for each of the two speakers and a number of which line it is. I have a whole bunch of Customer Testimonial Videos and screenshots that I want to create a customer testimonial database from. The purpose of creating this database is to allow our various team members to easily pull relevant customer testimonial clips (that are short, sweet, and to the point) to use in marketing or sales activities. This project will involve the following 1. Watch Customer testimonial Video (Videso range from 2mins - 8 mins) 2. Note down all the salient parts of the clip that are very interesting and say good things about levy. (I will give you example on what these might be and how to identify them) 3. Take the longer customer testimonial video, and clip it into shorter clips based on all the timestamps you have gathered in step 2. 4. Transcribe what the customer is saying in the video into text format - along with the question they are answering. (e.g - What would you do if levy disappeared?: *Insert Customer Testimonial Answer in text format*) 5. Label all the video clips properly with the name of the clips being (Customer Name - Topic of the Clip) 6. I need someone to transcribe from scanned invoices onto a spreadsheet. It requires a bit of thought as there a few different invoices from 7 different suppliers. If the same product has been ordered more than once the description will need to match so we can consolidate the volume. There are approx 150 invoices for deliveries to 2 different sites for the month of November 23. I can make them available on Dropbox. The details to be recorded on a template which we will provide are: Supplier Name, Invoice Number, Date of delivery, Product Description, Unit of Measure, Quantity, Net Price, Total and name of site.
