I am looking for a developer/partner to work on multiple projects over the next months and years. Right now there are at least 5 applications, which I would like to develop one at a time, whilst supporting them all. These applications will be built and tested and then eventually launched as paid for services. The main requirements for a development partner are; - Developer and Automation expert - Experience working with Linkedin (scrapping and avoiding automation detection) - (only the first application is scraping, others are more automation focused) - Good quality commenting of code / documentation - Ongoing application support and bug fixes - Help with hosting setup and management (cloud hosted applications) - Website build / Administration back end / multi user / Ecommerce setup. - (We will get help for website branding and content writing - but this wont happen until the applications are built) Location I prefer to work with someone in the UK, I have worked with some great offshore developers - but the occasional meet up is sometimes good (not essential - I live on the south coast). Costing I cannot afford to hire a full time developer so I am looking for someone that can dedicate time each week on my projects, the number of hours can be flexible. We can work on fixed price or hourly rates, but my budget is is not unlimited and I would expect this relationship to last for years, with regular work. There may be an option to move to full time at the end of this year if that is of interest. The initial £1,000 budget is for the first phase of development/first application which is working with Linkedin. What I'm looking for: 1) A Metal Melting Furnace using PCB Board , various electrical and electronic components , firmware and hardware. 2) It should have feature of increasing and decreasing Temperature manually as per the requirement of melting point of different metals. 3) A ON/OFF Switch button , temperature indicator in Degree Celsius , increasing and decreasing temperature buttons to set the exact temperature and voltage indicator are must. 4) A "SET" Button. This button when Pressed will maintain the constant desired temperature. For example the melting point of Iron is 1800 Degree Celsius. Once the furnace reaches this point and this button should be pressed so that there is not drop or increase in temperature irrespective of external conditions or other conditions. 5) Maximum melting point to be reached is 2100 Degree Celsius. 6) It should be able to reach those temperatures within 10-15 minutes. 7) It should be compact , lightweight and can easily be moved from one place to other(although this is not a major requirement if we have to compromise on it's quality or design to achieve the same but I believe that something like this can be achieved considering the fact that we live in advance age) 8) It should be able to work with the help of capacitor batteries or any other Lithium Ion battery/Solar batteries or the batteries which are used in Trucks or any other external source of battery. 9) It should be able to take in 240V of electricity since in my country its the standard 3-pin socket output provided by the government. 10) It should be able to hold crucible for melting the metals. For reference I have included a few pictures of my idea of the design , you are welcome to share yours and guide me along the way pointing out any flaws or cons of the same , thereby suggesting something economical as well as good performer at the same time. 11) Most importantly incase there is some major voltage fluctuation during its operation , there should be some very strong safety measures built into it to avoid any major accidents. 12) The components used in the project should be economical(since wearing of components will occur over the course of time and hence very costly components need not be installed) easily available(although this is not a compulsory requirement if quality will be compromised) 13) You will have to design the entire circuit board , a board which is not sub-standard in quality but above a certain threshold of quality but at the same time which will be economical to produce. 14) Since it is a furnace its maximum weight holding capacity including the weight of the crucible should be 6Kgs. 15) It should also be able to work with lesser weight such as from 50 Grams. **Project Background I am currently employed in a position of contracted Digital Director at a mid sized UK based charity. My main objective with this project is to drive sign ups to the charities B2C products. One of the core aspects of this project is Google Ads. As my client is a registered charity, they receive an Ad Grant budget from Google. In addition, due to restrictions on the Ad Grant budget we have a cash budget each month used for retargeting adverts and digital display. Over the course of the project, we have encountered two major challenges which are restricting our progress: 1.) Currently we rely on the internal design team to produce our display adverts. They are pretty much at capacity and the creative takes a long time to be delivered. This means that our strategy, which is based on iterative testing of messaging concepts, is restricted. We need our design work quicker! 2.) The bounce rate across our key landing pages from all paid marketing is huge. This is due to the landing pages we have available being standard website pages and not designed for paid marketing. We need help in the creation of custom landing pages. **Project Brief In order to solve our issues we have two key requirements: 1.) Landing Page Creation - Using the landing page builder Unbounce - we are looking for full creation of landing pages on an ongoing basis, according to the requirements of both myself and the PPC contractor. Your input and experience is welcome, however. We would look to create multiple landing page layouts and variations overtime, to achieve the best possible conversion rate for the client. 2.) Digital Display Asset Creation - We will require ongoing creation of digital display assets, used for both top of the funnel and bottom of the funnel retargeting. Copy and imagery will be supplied by the client in many cases. This job can also include the sourcing of royalty free images which best represents our target audience.
