Someone who is well versed with electrical and electronic components , firmware , hardware and PCB Design will be best suited for the project. What I'm looking for: 1) A Metal Melting Furnace using PCB Board , various electrical and electronic components , firmware and hardware. 2) It should have feature of increasing and decreasing Temperature manually as per the requirement of melting point of different metals. 3) A ON/OFF Switch button , temperature indicator in Degree Celsius , increasing and decreasing temperature buttons to set the exact temperature and voltage indicator are must. 4) A "SET" Button. This button when Pressed will maintain the constant desired temperature. For example the melting point of Iron is 1800 Degree Celsius. Once the furnace reaches this point and this button should be pressed so that there is not drop or increase in temperature irrespective of external conditions or other conditions. 5) Maximum melting point to be reached is 2100 Degree Celsius. 6) It should be able to reach those temperatures within 10-15 minutes. 7) It should be compact , lightweight and can easily be moved from one place to other(although this is not a major requirement if we have to compromise on it's quality or design to achieve the same but I believe that something like this can be achieved considering the fact that we live in advance age) 8) It should be able to work with the help of capacitor batteries or any other Lithium Ion battery/Solar batteries or the batteries which are used in Trucks or any other external source of battery. 9) It should be able to take in 240V of electricity since in my country its the standard 3-pin socket output provided by the government. 10) It should be able to hold crucible for melting the metals. For reference I have included a few pictures of my idea of the design , you are welcome to share yours and guide me along the way pointing out any flaws or cons of the same , thereby suggesting something economical as well as good performer at the same time. 11) Most importantly incase there is some major voltage fluctuation during its operation , there should be some very strong safety measures built into it to avoid any major accidents. 12) The components used in the project should be economical(since wearing of components will occur over the course of time and hence very costly components need not be installed) easily available(although this is not a compulsory requirement if quality will be compromised) 13) You will have to design the entire circuit board , a board which is not sub-standard in quality but above a certain threshold of quality but at the same time which will be economical to produce. 14) Since it is a furnace its maximum weight holding capacity including the weight of the crucible should be 6Kgs. 15) It should also be able to work with lesser weight such as from 50 Grams. External design/look of the furnace can be worked out later once the design and testing is completed. 16) The Total weight of all the electrical components including PCB should not be more than 10Kgs. 17) A Graphite crucible will be used for holding the metals. 18) The project needs to be completed within 180 Days from the date of you joining the project. If you can check all the above 18 points , you are welcome to join the project. Minor adjustments can be made here and there but not all of the above 18 points can be compromised because otherwise it will defeat the very purpose of posting this project. **Project Background I am currently employed in a position of contracted Digital Director at a mid sized UK based charity. My main objective with this project is to drive sign ups to the charities B2C products. One of the core aspects of this project is Google Ads. As my client is a registered charity, they receive an Ad Grant budget from Google. In addition, due to restrictions on the Ad Grant budget we have a cash budget each month used for retargeting adverts and digital display. Over the course of the project, we have encountered two major challenges which are restricting our progress: 1.) Currently we rely on the internal design team to produce our display adverts. They are pretty much at capacity and the creative takes a long time to be delivered. This means that our strategy, which is based on iterative testing of messaging concepts, is restricted. We need our design work quicker! 2.) The bounce rate across our key landing pages from all paid marketing is huge. This is due to the landing pages we have available being standard website pages and not designed for paid marketing. We need help in the creation of custom landing pages. **Project Brief In order to solve our issues we have two key requirements: 1.) Landing Page Creation - Using the landing page builder Unbounce - we are looking for full creation of landing pages on an ongoing basis, according to the requirements of both myself and the PPC contractor. Your input and experience is welcome, however. We would look to create multiple landing page layouts and variations overtime, to achieve the best possible conversion rate for the client. 2.) Digital Display Asset Creation - We will require ongoing creation of digital display assets, used for both top of the funnel and bottom of the funnel retargeting. Copy and imagery will be supplied by the client in many cases. This job can also include the sourcing of royalty free images which best represents our target audience. We envisioned, developed and produced this range specifically because of the highly potent ingredients that we can use to give addicts another tool to recover, and the research, evidence and clinical trials that prove the benefits that specific essential oils in specific dosages can provide to the user. For example, using these specific oils can provide a 40% increased in probability to maintain their recovery and prevent relapse, and up to 70% of trial users state that these oils provide an immense benefit in their efforts to get clean or sober. The essential oil range will initially include a package of 4 essential oil synergistic blends that: We also want to offer these products individually if they don’t need the whole kit and just need 1 or 2, for example those in Recovery who want to use our maintenance oil ongoing. A generic blend of all of the oils and their potent benefits will be added to candles, reed diffusers, room spray, beard oil for men and face cream for women, essential oil diffuser jewellery, car/travel diffusers, as well as soap bars and bath bombs. The design(s) should have a clean, modern aesthetic that reflects the high-quality, potent, scientifically proven natural ingredients. Packaging needs to clearly communicate in a modern, clean, eye-catching and professional manner that these blends and products use all natural ingredients that don’t harm the environment, yet use the knowledge, expertise, research and clinical trials that modern conventional western medicine provides to get the best from both worlds. It should also give the feeling that using this product will more likely guarantee their likelihood of success during their withdrawal/abstinence phase, and provides a substantial boost to their day to day maintenance/recovery efforts and activities afterwards. Information like ingredients, expiration dates, storage instructions, contraindications, warnings, usage guidelines, tips and suggestions to get the most from these products, and the clinical evidence from clinical trials and research must be conveyed clearly and succinctly yet prominently on the packaging and any other leaflets or inserts that each product will contain. Initial concepts will be 2D designs that need to be developed once the overall feel/requirements are understood and agreed upon. The products will initially be produced in small quantities due to the size of our organisation and the fact that we are still finding our customers and growing. This will increase as we establish ourselves and grow the business. File formats must be layered Photoshop or Illustrator files fully printable at high resolution. The chosen designer will be integrated into the product development process to iterate and refine designs based on feedback with each other. We don’t use photoshop or design software ourselves so any conceptual designs must be able to be opened and viewed easily without needing any additional special software. Experience designing for the healthcare and complementary/holistic therapy sectors, as well as natural products and packaging is desired but not essential if the right designer is found. A portfolio demonstrating aesthetic talent, typographic skill, and the ability to distill complex information simply through design is required. The selected designer must complete work in a timely manner, and with close communication with us, along with efficient timekeeping of deadlines and guarantees given. Depending on the price of the project and the timeframes provided, we may also want labels/packaging for our other products as well.
