I have a desktop application in C# on .net 3.5 and 4, interfacing with some hardware using REST Api, DLL Api, Network TRAP, telnet trap and SNMP as well as communicating with a database using PLSQL functions and procedures. As well as performing specific task in relation to these integrations. Now I need to upgrade the application to .net 6 or 8 with keeping all the hardware interfacing the same as well as most of the tasks. However, the database type would be changed to RFC and API based, with the procedures and functions mostly the same as well. Some of the modules in the application include photo capture using IP camera (IP cam also supports API), send notification via gmail email, sms gateway and whatsapp, try-catch logging fully implemented for core and api calls. Display app for SNMP messages
The Application A display app is required to show the status of the site and the individual phones. The app does not need to provide any functionality for controlling the phones or system in any way. There should be a list of sites and under each, a list of phones with their status. More info on the display can be provided but see the attached for an idea. The app can be Windows, Linux, Android or ideally HTML5 so it is OS independent. NWR open to having a different GUI or approach, as long as it works. The Server The backend solution should have a web server/application server. It would query the status of phones at the office locations using SNMP and the response would be an SNMP-Inform message which requires positive acknowledgement by the server. There are up to 7 possible status codes to be acknowledged and displayed .

Write SNMP sending routine in C#
I need someone to write an agent function in C# to send some information using SNMP to an SNMP server. This should be a clean simple C# program which we can then embed into our existing software with relevant information to be reported. A third-party free SNMP server may be used. Ideally there will be a routine for each different version of SNMP (v1, v2c and v3) so we can select the relevant one later, and an example MIB. Comments or notes should explain how to customise the MIB and use the function. Code should be well documented to show any third-party libraries etc used.

I have a text file with around 500 practice questions that need to be formatted so that I can import the txt file into a quiz application. Editing the text file should be done in Notepad++, notepad, or TextEdit. You can use something else if you really need to but after you're done, open the txt file in a strict text editor like the three I just mentioned to ensure that everything is formatted correctly. Any extra lines or stray characters will cause the app using to not function properly. I've already completed the first ~100 questions myself so you'll be able to see how I want it formatted but here is an example of how the questions generally are before formatting: A network technician is diagnosing a time-out issue generated from an end user's web browser. The web browser issues standard HTTP get and post commands to interact with the website. Given this information, the technician would like to analyze the entire TCP handshake of the HTTP requests offline. Which of the following tools would allow the technician to view the handshake? A. Remove all uses of "A." "B." "C." "D." "E." "F." "G.". Change wrong answers to start with "-" and right answers to "*" with no spaces beforehand. Skip one line after each question. If there are any other blank lines such as blank lines between multiple sentences in a question, remove them. Pretty simple.
