Sage CSV Sales Order Importer
We have an older program and a version of its source code for review but now need an updated version to comply with our new CSVs as well as Sage updates. For the most part most data comes from 1 main CSV, there is another 4 additional which may be temporarily needed. The main CSV has a new column which defines the account the order is assigned to, it previously used the file name but will have to pull from here instead going forward. Some of the accounts use a Price List in Sage and will either need to pull from there OR if they do not use a price list, pull from the CSV file. Looking for a UK developer, ideally with Sage experience. Sage 50 Accounts, hosted on a server. NOT Cloud verison.

We are a pet cremation business and would like to be able to create a workflow program/app - We would like to enter customer and pet details in a program (Would be an advantage if this can export details to Sage Cloud but not essential) - We would like to add a job for a collection driver - Once the collection driver has collected they will mark the job as complete - This will then trigger an automated message 2 Hours after job completion (preferably WhatsApp) to the client It will be a global message but needs the ability to personalise some fields from the original customer & pet details - The fields to change would be the Pet Name, Customer Name, and if the Pet was a He or She - 24 Hours later or possibly at 8am the following morning another message is to be sent to the same client/job advising them they can reserve their reunite slot using our online booking system - Once the Reunite has been completed we will mark it as complete and this will trigger another message say 2 hours later asking for a review - Would be perfect if we can have the program/app able to add further requests later if we need to To help understand how the business operates this is the basic proceedure and we need the ability to automate the messaging task as this is very time consuming 1- Customer rings us to advise pet has passed away and if we can collect 2- We Create a job and send a collection driver to customer 3- Once collected driver rings office to advise of any special requirements and that the collection is completed 4- Approx 2 Hours later We send a Whatsapp or SMS message to the customer to let them know that their pet has been made comfortable 5- Within 36 Hours we contact the customer to let them know we can reunite them with their Pet 6- Once reunited we message the customer to ask for a Google or Facebook Review Please ask if you need any further infomation or clarification
