Dear Sir/Madam, I do hope you are having a lovely day and everything is going well for you. I have hired an advisor to make a claim against Morrisons, as i was harassed severely by security after leaving the store. I had showed a receipt but harassment and intimidation still continued, including bag searches and aggression. I had reported faulty alarms years previously but the store did nothing about it. I suffer with anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder and cannot visit stores to do my shopping due to this incident. I kindly need to hire a solicitor for a 30 minute phone call please, to phone Morrisons solicitor to try and make progress with this claim. I can kindly provide you all the background to the case, i am needing a discussion to try and come to an agreement for compensation. If anyone could kindly help with this project i would be forever grateful and thankful, it would be highly appreciated. With my every best wishes. All the very best and take care.

Statutory Declarations
I am looking for a solicitor that can do Statutory Declarations remotely using Teams or something similar. In my industry we have to obtain certain information from new employees ie evidence of past 5 years work. While they may have the last 2 years if they need to provide the rest and they have been abroad it’s not easy. We are then allowed to have a Statutory Declaration done for the new employee with a solicitor to state on record and provide us with this signed to say what they are stating about their history is factual and true. There could about 5-10 a month. My number below or budget as you will see it is based on 10 a month.

CGT for a Land sale. We acquired it on an options agreement therefore owned the rights to it for a period, but couldn't get the loan to purchase the site so gave it over to a new buyer and had the vendors solicitors pay me an Overage from the proceeds of the sale. Overage £37,250. Expenses about £15k on the site. I believe it will be a 10% Capital Gains on Net gain (CGT allowance included). Require an accountant to deal with the CGT gain reporting. Thanks

Intellectual property law UK
Hello I am looking for some qualified advice on an issue of “intellectual property law”. I am a small business owner and I registered a Ltd company in the UK in 2007. The bank account was also set up and used. In a very short time later I had found that a Multi national company (Firestone) had introduced a product into the UK with the same name as my registered Ltd company. I have a roofing company, their product is a flat roofing product. My company name was not trademarked. Their advertising of product absolutely sank the position I had on google etc due to the ferocity of their campaign. I’d had letters from their UK solicitors accusing me of infringement but my representatives proved them to have no case down to dates of registering etc. My question is… Is there a way forward legally against the company or is it a case of live with it? I am looking for sound and solid advice. EDIT>> I feel ive not been clear in the description, The case that was brought against me by interlectual property law was for "passing off", of which was proven unfound by a solicitor I used. My question is.. is there a way that this could be counter claimed due to them bringing a product to market named the same as my company? Thank you and apologies for not being clear at first.

CRM/Automation Expert Needed
We require a developer who specialised in the below platforms: Zapier Brevo CapsuleCRM Gravity Forms (form in question found at rebategateway.org/claim) We require numerous changes/automations to be built into our workflow. Gravity Form Change We would like to take out the ‘I know the details’ part of the form removed (I think there is a nested form behind it) – with the ‘Lenders List’ that comes up when ‘An insolvency Practitioner completed…..’ is selected. Forcing the client to provide us with who their lenders are. Unemployed/Retired/Self-Employed Email We need an email send via Brevo (this is already linked via API and is used in another automation. We need an email template sent to the client, should they be identified in the application form as Unemployed/Retired or Self-Employed. The email should have a 30 minute delay on it. We would like information to be pulled from Capsule to tailor a few pieces of information within the email to the client. P60 Documentation Request We currently manually send clients an email following their application should we need a copy of their P60 uploading to our website (a P60 is a tax document with their details that we require on). We would like to automate this, using a task being ticked off as the trigger and for the email (probably via Brevo) to continue being sent every 72 hours until they have provided their information (we beed an easy way to stop this email when we get the upload, so we are not annoying clients). It would be great if we could have 3 email types which get more and more urgent – with the final email continuing to be send weekly.

Service Terms and Conditions for an upcoming e-service app
England and Wales Qualified Solicitor required to to draft service terms and conditions. I'm requesting draft service terms and conditions for an upcoming e-money service app. I'm currently onboarding with Plaid, a financial service company that will provide solutions for Open Banking (bank–to–bank transfer) and Identity Verification (IDV). The service terms and conditions are required for onboarding with Plaid, as we aim to partner with a few more companies before going live; these terms and conditions will require further amendments to ensure they are fully compliant and aligned with our end product/service. I will provide more details and resources to help draft the T&Cs.

Garage sale conveyancing
I'm selling a freehold garage for £26,000 which is owned by my limited company. This is a very straightforward transaction with no chain, no mortgage or other charges to discharge, no housing association involved etc, — just plain TR1 with the most Standard Conditions of Sale. I estimate it would take two hours of actual work at most and I will be happy to prepare all necessary forms and replies myself like I've done in more than 30 transactions previously. I am however not a licensed conveyancer and my buyer's solicitors refuse to deal with unrepresented party citing AML and indemnity insurance requirements. I am therefore looking for a regulated (SRA or CLC-registered) representative to progress this matter all the way to completion on a "no completion - no fee" fixed basis.

Consultation regarding an UK Trademark opposition
I have received a TM7a form a few days before my trademark application was due to be published in the UK. I'd like for you to review the letter from the opposing solicitor, unfortunately, time is of the essence as I've been ill lately, I've got until the 12th April. At this stage, I'd like the advice on whether they're just using bully tactics and have weak reasons for opposing. Your prompt reply to this would be appreciated.
