The phrases are: Patient Centricity and Patients at the Centre (see below other search terms) The analysis of historical data of mentions (going back this far) will be a challenge - but I am open to considering potential proxy analysis instead. Re Social Media - Conducting this research might on X/Twitter is not as easy as it used to be (and involves now a higher cost). But happy to review and agree on joint plan.
