You'll be calling only to small or mid-sized businesses across Canada and the US (EST, MST, PST time zones). It'd be great if you are friendly, persuasive, optimistic, and learn things fast. You must be able to qualify the prospect, discover their needs, and adapt the pitch depending on the needs. No script robots, please. We provide you with the calling software tool, scripts, lists, guidance, and support. All you need is to build rapport with the prospects and book meetings. It's a part-time position, 300 calls (16-18 hours) per week. If everything goes well, we are ready to increase the hours and the number of calls.

We have done 1000 calls already with a conversion rate of 15% booking so the ambition would be that we get 450 appointments booked. Upon the attendance of the assessment, we have a 75% conversion rate. So to make it super clear the following is needed: Make 3000 calls ideally during 10am to 2pm or evenings to get a better pick-up rate and book 450 of those in for assessments. You will also need to do a NEEDS analysis and make notes, and finalise the final script for future Alumni and assessment bookings. Further details will be given. Hello, We run a small beauty salon. Our clients can book appointments using our website where we use squarespace scheduling or treatwell (it's like uber for salons, great to get new customers) but this calendar doesn't sync with any external calendars. Treatwell used to sync one way with google but not anymore. When treatwell used to sync one way all our own website appointments were automatically blocked in treatwell but we had to manually add blocks in scheduling (our website) when a booking was made in treatwell. Now that not even the one way sync works we have to manually block each appointment in both calendars. We seek a developer to design and build a calendar integration solution. The software must synchronise appointment data bidirectionally between Treatwell and Squarespace scheduling platforms, ensuring dates and availabilities remain identical across platforms, including lunch breaks and days off. Updates to either system must trigger near-instant replication to the other to maintain seamless operation and avoid duplicate bookings. We don't really need a visual interface. We had a solution working done by webscapring by someone but it stopped working and there is not update on that. Squarespace has an API, treatwell does not. How would you go about it?
