Hi, I operate a community care company, with branches in three locations in the East of England. I am trying to generate job applications for the company, but I am finding Facebook marketing a real challenge. Currently my account is restricted, but I have no idea which policy was violated. I'd like to start generating low-cost job applications, at around the £5-10 per application level, which is similar to what I receive through Indeed. This could either be done through targeted job postings, or alternatively, using lead forms, or directing traffic to the website.
