Hello - I need some social media research and I'm hoping that the fantastic social media experts here might be able to help, given you are practising the art of social marketing every day. I need to give a presentation soon to a collection of travel industry professionals who are regular social media users, most of whom are also small business owners (e.g. travel agents or owners of small hotels). Fundamentally they are looking to learn new ways of using and harnessing social media. It falls to me to give them some ideas to this end. I would like to offer them a series of insights, ideas and small case studies surrounding the latest aspects of social media - principally Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Snapchat (although Snapchat is less of a priority). I will write the presentation, so what I'm looking for is some reference material that I can use to create the presentation. The deliverables are: * A bullet point list of interesting, stimulating insights of relevance to this audience that might encourage them to take action - for example, consider separating your private from your public work profiles, choose what time to post wisely, consider engaging third parties to help you - like here! If you can please try to add a photo for each social post and make sure each post can go out on twitter (character limit). I am an online Tarot reader/witch. Before the pandemic I was able to read and make money in-person in my area and only supplement with online readings. But now I obviously need to make all or most of my income from online services. I have a website but until now that has been mostly to showcase my art and although I have twitter, IG, Facebook and Youtube accounts, I do not have an established base of followers. I also have a Patreon, but again with few followers. I am able to provide a lot of my own rich content, as I am a good writer and knowledgeable about what I do. So I can write blog/social media posts and I also make drawings/paintings and photographs that can be used in posts. In summary, I have many ideas and I am good at what I do, but I need a social media/marketing/advertising strategy that will bring people to my site for video and interactive video tarot readings, magick spells, healings and other offerings that I have in development. I also want to further establish my social media presence to attract customers, but also to promote a future podcast and youtube videos that I have in production.
