Minute Taker Projects
Looking for freelance Minute Taker jobs and project work? PeoplePerHour has you covered.
I need someone to host online fittings 1x week / 3 mo per year.
I seek an experienced pattern cutter or seamstress to conduct virtual fittings for subscribers of my fashion membership. The current format follows our signature "Create, Cut, Construct" framework across a 3-month cycle where members design (month 1), draft (month 2) and sew (month 3) a specific garment style to build their skills and wardrobe. To both expand their learning experience and improve my schedule, I aim to introduce a fourth month dedicated to fittings. This is where you come in. You would host online clinics via Zoom where members can bring their toiles or working projects to receive feedback and clear direction on garments they have made. Through video calls, your expertise would allow members to assess fit and address any issues prior to finishing garments. Your role would be to conduct individual fittings with a group of members once a week for 3 months of the year. I predict the live calls to last around 90-minutes each time. This is an ongoing role and secure work for the right candidate. Experience with fitting various garment styles like dresses, skirts, pants and separating constructed pieces is essential across both womenswear and menswear. Excellent communication and teaching skills are needed to provide constructive criticism to members at various experience levels. Knowledge of body types, adjusting patterns, and altering completed garments would help identify areas for improvement. The goal is to refine members’ creations through your guidance and build confidence in their sewing abilities. This unique opportunity allows you to share your professional skills while supporting makers in completing polished designs they are proud to wear and make them feel confident having achieved a great fit. Please provide your rates to host these weekly virtual clinics for the 3 months of the year.

CRM/Automation Expert Needed
We require a developer who specialised in the below platforms: Zapier Brevo CapsuleCRM Gravity Forms (form in question found at rebategateway.org/claim) We require numerous changes/automations to be built into our workflow. Gravity Form Change We would like to take out the ‘I know the details’ part of the form removed (I think there is a nested form behind it) – with the ‘Lenders List’ that comes up when ‘An insolvency Practitioner completed…..’ is selected. Forcing the client to provide us with who their lenders are. Unemployed/Retired/Self-Employed Email We need an email send via Brevo (this is already linked via API and is used in another automation. We need an email template sent to the client, should they be identified in the application form as Unemployed/Retired or Self-Employed. The email should have a 30 minute delay on it. We would like information to be pulled from Capsule to tailor a few pieces of information within the email to the client. P60 Documentation Request We currently manually send clients an email following their application should we need a copy of their P60 uploading to our website (a P60 is a tax document with their details that we require on). We would like to automate this, using a task being ticked off as the trigger and for the email (probably via Brevo) to continue being sent every 72 hours until they have provided their information (we beed an easy way to stop this email when we get the upload, so we are not annoying clients). It would be great if we could have 3 email types which get more and more urgent – with the final email continuing to be send weekly.

I seek a talented video editor to craft a romantic short film utilizing existing visual assets. The film should depict a classic love story arc - from meeting to blossoming romance to final commitment between a couple. Raw material including photographs and video clips from stock libraries showing a pair from their initial encounter through key relationship milestones is available for incorporation into the cinematic narrative. Skilled editing and creative storytelling shall be employed to transform the unfashioned resources into a seamless, emotive 5-minute film. Emotional crescendos and climaxes should emerge from artful sequencing and transitional techniques applied to the given assets. Ample use of focal adjustments, overlays, chromatic alterations and other post-production methods can further enrich the visual story and immerse the audience in the protagonists deepening bond. A subtle, vaguely melancholic score to subtly accentuate plot points would delicately amplify the romance. Titles may introduce the characters and setting to anchor viewers. The finished piece should inspire feelings of longing, joy, and intimate connection in viewers through its portrayal of new love's challenges and triumphs. Candidates experienced in documentary-style filmmaking and eager to craftheartfelt narratives from uncovered materials are ideal for this potentially impactful independent project. Quality craftsmanship shall be rewarded adequately upon project completion.

Hi! I'm interested in building a customized Metal Melting Induction heater using Transformers and other electronic and electrical components. I'm looking forward to build a Metal Melting Furnace which will be electrical mainly for the purpose of melting and refining Gold , Platinum , Silver and Iron. I'm looking forward to work with someone who is expert in PCB Designing and deployment and most importantly who has enough patience to answer all my doubts and questions throughout the project. Someone who is well versed with electrical and electronic components , firmware , hardware and PCB Design will be best suited for the project. What I'm looking for: 1) A Metal Melting Furnace using PCB Board , various electrical and electronic components , firmware and hardware. 2) It should have feature of increasing and decreasing Temperature manually as per the requirement of melting point of different metals. 3) A ON/OFF Switch button , temperature indicator in Degree Celsius , increasing and decreasing temperature buttons to set the exact temperature and voltage indicator are must. 4) A "SET" Button. This button when Pressed will maintain the constant desired temperature. For example the melting point of Iron is 1800 Degree Celsius. Once the furnace reaches this point and this button should be pressed so that there is not drop or increase in temperature irrespective of external conditions or other conditions. 5) Maximum melting point to be reached is 2100 Degree Celsius. 6) It should be able to reach those temperatures within 10-15 minutes. 7) It should be compact , lightweight and can easily be moved from one place to other(although this is not a major requirement if we have to compromise on it's quality or design to achieve the same but I believe that something like this can be achieved considering the fact that we live in advance age) 8) It should be able to work with the help of capacitor batteries or any other Lithium Ion battery/Solar batteries or the batteries which are used in Trucks or any other external source of battery. 9) It should be able to take in 240V of electricity since in my country its the standard 3-pin socket output provided by the government. 10) It should be able to hold crucible for melting the metals. For reference I have included a few pictures of my idea of the design , you are welcome to share yours and guide me along the way pointing out any flaws or cons of the same , thereby suggesting something economical as well as good performer at the same time. 11) Most importantly incase there is some major voltage fluctuation during its operation , there should be some very strong safety measures built into it to avoid any major accidents. 12) The components used in the project should be economical(since wearing of components will occur over the course of time and hence very costly components need not be installed) easily available(although this is not a compulsory requirement if quality will be compromised) 13) You will have to design the entire circuit board , a board which is not sub-standard in quality but above a certain threshold of quality but at the same time which will be economical to produce. 14) Since it is a furnace its maximum weight holding capacity including the weight of the crucible should be 6Kgs. 15) It should also be able to work with lesser weight such as from 50 Grams. External design/look of the furnace can be worked out later once the design and testing is completed. 16) The Total weight of all the electrical components including PCB should not be more than 10Kgs. 17) A Graphite crucible will be used for holding the metals. 18) The project needs to be completed within 180 Days from the date of you joining the project. If you can check all the above 18 points , you are welcome to join the project. Minor adjustments can be made here and there but not all of the above 18 points can be compromised because otherwise it will defeat the very purpose of posting this project. Please note this is not for mass production or commercial use. Thank you.
