We are an independent insurance brokerage dealing with business / commercial insurance policies. We currently do our own lead generation and have been successful with this - we are now employing full time lead generation staff and having a universal script that the company would work from would be ideal for both onboarding / new staff being able to work efficiently, but also to ensure consistency. Hopefully it will also mean existing staff can improve their technique to gain more success! The script should be based on either knowing the date of renewal and then trying to get passed the gatekeeper or their objections then to the decision maker to discuss (where of course there could be more objections!), or alternatively if we do not know the renewal date, it would be to get this and then carry on as above. Once through to the right person, our staff are to try and either transfer the call to a sales member of staff (if it is due imminently) or to book either a physical appointment or a call back from the correct member of staff. Obviously it needs to have objection handling and some qualifying of the lead to see if it is worth pursuing (i.e. there is no point booking an appointment or call back with someone that is never going to move from their current broker!). N4 2 Metrics: We will be using data similar to the included dataset (quantity and sales for 3 products and a geographic group). The visual need to be able to display both total quantity and value with either the map colour or pie chart size.
