I am running a small business and using Xero. I was employing a book keeper up until Feb but had to make her redundant. The book keeper didn't have previous experience with Xero so I think our systems need to be reviewed and I also need someone that can keep things updated on a monthly basis and get to grips with our stock.

Hi Clare, how many hours per week/month do you think someone for? When you say you need someone to get to grips with the stock, I assume you mean the recording of it?
I can certainly help, just want to clarify the time needed. My guess it would be extra hours to get it tided at the start, then hopefully it could run smoothly.
