Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Num. of words: 400-500
Website url: https://www.museumslondon.org/museum/97/tower-of-london
Information for the blog/website: We promote all 200 museums in London
Industry: Entertainment
Num. of web pages: 1
Description of every page: Each museum page talks about the story of the museum, how the museum relates to London in general and reasons to visit. The site doesn't exist to sell directly but more "persuade through interesting and engaging content". We want to showcase as much factual, relevant, interesting and above all useful as possible.
If the BBC television show "QI" was to be a website dedicated to the museums in London, this would be it.

We need 400-500 seduce words about the Tower of London so readers get excited and make a visit.
Tone: Objective/Impersonal
Outline & Structure: 500 words of engaging copy detailing the overall details and story of the museum followed by…
• A least 2 items on permanent display that are of interest that visitors must see when planning a trip to the museum
• At least 2 quirky and interesting fact fact that either directly or indirectly relates to the museum e.g "Between 1900-1933 The British Museum had its own tube station on the Central line."
Extra notes: Example pages:
https://www.museumslondon.org/museum/30/the-foundling-museum
https://www.museumslondon.org/museum/35/apsley-house-wellington-museum
Extra notes: You need to be London based as a visit to the museum will be required. OR if you can make that work for you otherwise, that's great.
As this is a largely research based, entrance fee will gladly be expensed (unfortunately cannot expense travel)
This is a fixed price, per job — and there are a lot of museums to research and write about.

Hi,
I am not base on London. Will it be still fine or you are particular that you need the writer to be based in London or has an intention to visit there. -
How do you expect people to travel to London, pay tax and complete the job for £40? Serious question.
