2. To what extent do you feel that you are being trusted to fulfil your duties non-monitored?
3. How do you describe the way your manager collaborates with you?
4. To what extent your manager communicates / deals with you in a formal way?
5. How do you describe your manager’s attitude in terms of delegation?
